Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) at Mercy St. Charles Hospital for night shift coverage. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and coordinate patient care across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree and active RN license; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are preferred. EPIC EHR training is a plus, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred at hire, must obtain if not current.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced, high intensity setting.
• Evaluate and revise the care plan to meet outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
