Job summary

CHI Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care, perform skilled procedures, and implement individualized care plans. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support patient well‑being and recovery.

Responsibilities include data collection, assessment analysis, care planning, and meticulous documentation. The role requires Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC within timeframes, and 2400 hours acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Oregon RN license required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 90 days, PALS/ENPC/TNCC within stated timeframes.
• 2400 hours of acute care nursing experience in last 2 years.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and record data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self‑care ability.
• Analyze assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
• Implement an age‑appropriate plan of care.
• Document and utilize patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
• Document the care given in a complete and timely manner.
