Job summary

Northwell Health’s Sharon Hospital in Connecticut is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. The role requires CT RN license, BLS, ACLS by end of probation, and at least one year of RN experience.

Work involves night shifts, weekends, and holidays with rotating assignments within a 36-hour schedule. You will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams, and uphold safety and quality standards in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• CT RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS required by end of probationary period.
• Minimum of one year of RN relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following ANA standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and document progress and responses to treatments.
• Ensure safe medication administration and accurate documentation.
