Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Maine. The RN will cover night shifts, perform RSI/IV administration, monitor patients, and document in the EMR. A minimum of 1 year ED experience is preferred, with active RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications required.

The facility is a critical access ER with varied patient types from newborns to elderly, requiring flexible teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required and in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS, PALS, TNCC preferred.
• Minimum 1 year ED experience preferred.
• Immediate start and 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER RN coverage on night shift (7 PM–7 AM).
• Monitor patients using telemetry and assess condition.
• Administer RSI, IVs and medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with CNA, respiratory therapy and ED team.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
