Job summary

Emerus in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality emergency room care. You will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care with a focus on safety and privacy. The role requires an active RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and CT patient safety documentation.

The position offers a full-time schedule (mid-shift 10a-10p) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth within a network of partner health systems.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state, without sanctions.
• Minimum 2+ years of RN experience in ER or equivalent.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred).
• English fluency in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Observe and record vital signs, symptoms and patient status.
• Follow physician orders and patient care plans.
• Prepare and transfer patients, and manage admissions/discharges.
