Job summary

HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc. seeks a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department to support daily operations. This full-time role focuses on staffing oversight, HR resource management, and community outreach within a dynamic ED setting.

Required: BSN; NJ RN license with CPR/ACLS/PALS and IV certification. Preferred: MSN and leadership track; CEN is a plus with 3–5 year horizon for certification.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous Emergency Department experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years leadership experience.
• Current NJ RN License, CPR, ACLS, PALS, IV Certified.
• CEN preferred; must obtain within 3-5 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and operations in the ED.
• Support regulatory compliance (TJC/ EMTALA).
