Job summary

Union Hospital of Cecil County, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department at the Cecil Campus. The Nurse Manager is responsible for 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational nursing practice and patient care delivery in a busy 27-bed ED.

Requirements include BSN and a Master’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent), plus five years of clinical and leadership experience. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/NIHSS are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assures compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
