Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice in the Emergency Department daily.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Purposeful Hourly Rounding (PHR).
• Integrate PHR into clinical activities for patient-centered care.
• Observe staff rounding and provide feedback.
• Assess staff competency and give development feedback.
• Rounding all patients daily (Mon-Fri) and communicate with the care team.
• Escalate concerns with physician dyad and ensure timely follow-up.
