Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a clinical nursing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience in ER leadership or as an ER clinical coordinator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department's daily operations and staffing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
• Ensure adherence to nursing process and patient safety standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules and on-call coverage.
• Mentor and coach staff, with a focus on service excellence.
• Support budget input and resource management.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain PI/quality standards.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
