Qualifikationen

• BSN required; MSN may be required within one year if not holding BSN in nursing.
• Current TX RN license (or compact license) and BLS certification.
• Experience as a charge nurse in ER with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

• Assist in deployment of departmental goals and mentor staff.
• Oversee day-to-day ER operations and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate care between units, nurses, and providers.
• Ensure adherence to PI and quality standards; participate in improvement projects.
• Support budgeting, supply management and department scheduling.
