Job summary

The RN must be a graduate of ADN/BSN or a nursing diploma, hold Illinois RN licensure, and maintain BLS/ACLS/PALS. ITLS/TNCC/TNS training within 6 months is required, with three years of experience preferred. Hourly pay ranges with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ADN/BSN or diploma nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in Illinois.
• Maintain BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications; ITLS/TNCC/TNS within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of three years' nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assign category, and recognize life‑threatening situations immediately.
• Administer medications within policy and monitor for adverse events.
• Demonstrate resuscitation skills for cardiac/respiratory emergencies.
• Set up monitoring, pacing, defibrillation and ventilatory support as required.
• Interpret rhythm strips and report changes to physicians.
• Lead the team during Code Blue situations.
• Maintain proficiency with the Electronic Health Record system.
