Job summary

Requires RN license in Arizona, BLS, 10+ months med-surg or acute care experience; BSN within 60 months or ASN/Diploma with pathway. Includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow with a nonprofit health system serving the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• RN experience in med-surg or acute care is required.
• 1 year RN experience for all Float Positions.
• BSN must be completed within 60 months of hire; ASN/Diploma acceptable with pathway.
• Arizona RN license and BLS certification required; national certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health data and develop care plans aligned with ANA standards.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and manage IV therapies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team on patient care.
• Provide education to patients and families and support discharge planning.
