Responsibilities

• Education - Participates in identifying and meeting learning needs of self. Attends education programs based on identified learning needs.
• Evaluation of Care - Identifies expected patient outcomes and participates in evaluation with the interdisciplinary team.
• Implementation - Delivers complex patient care, prioritizes tasks, and consults resources as needed for high-risk patients.
• Leadership - Supports goals, promotes collaboration, and contributes to performance improvement.
• Patient Assessment - Gathers data to determine care priorities and discharge planning needs.
• Planning - Prepares and updates the plan of care with multidisciplinary resources.
• Research - Engages with journals and staff to explore applicable studies.
