Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) 2 for an inpatient specialty area. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population within the unit, applying evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will hold a New Hampshire RN license, BSN preferred, and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience in an inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience, inpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patient groups in a designated inpatient area.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and multidisciplinary team to provide safe care.
• Uphold specialty and organizational standards, policies and protocols.
• Report to Director or Nurse Manager; may supervise LNA and unlicensed staff.
