Job summary

Concord Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) 2 for an inpatient specialty area. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population, using evidence-based practice in a safe, therapeutic environment.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document care, and teach patients and families about the care plan while supporting discharge from hospital settings. NH RN licensure and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN with 1 year clinical nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Active NH RN licensure with BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care.

• Gathers data and interprets information to plan interventions.
• Develops and revises the plan of care.
