Job summary

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the Lake Pleasant ER/Complete Care in Peoria, AZ. The role requires prior ER RN experience and union with ANA standards, patient safety, and high-quality care.

You will assess and document patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans. BSN preferred; BLS and AZ RN licensure required or eligible. Sign-on bonus of $15,000 available.

Qualifications

• RN with ANA Standards knowledge and ethics
• Evidence-based nursing practice
• Experience in acute care or med-surg settings
• Able to teach patients and families about care and home management
• Licensure as Registered Nurse in Arizona or eligible for licensure

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per ANA standards and department policies.
• Record patient histories, monitor conditions, and perform assessments.
• Administer medications and IV therapies with accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Mentor and precept new staff and students as assigned.
• Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes through systematic evaluation.
