Job summary

Mille Lacs Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across obstetrics, pediatrics, medical–surgical, emergency and more while following the nursing process and hospital policies.

Requires a Minnesota RN license, at least 1 year in an Emergency Department, and certifications (BLS/ACLS at hire; PALS and NRP per schedule). Flexible shifts and in‑house trauma training are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department experience.
• Successful completion of background checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants and Health Unit Coordinators as needed.
• Maintain current certifications and ensure safety compliance.
• Document admissions, discharges, meds, and teaching accurately.
