CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and to support patient recovery within an interdisciplinary team.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement patient care plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff in a fast-paced hospital setting, contributing to positive outcomes and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates Of Science Nursing, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 12 - months and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, upon hire and
• Trauma Nurse Core Course, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Performs complete patient assessment.
• Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
• Initiates the Patient Goal/Problem List or Clinical Path on admission.
• Develops Plan of Care to support the patient goals and the medical plan of care.
• Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
• Assures the presence of consent and its documentation for procedures, therapies, and research protocols.
• Assures the presence of appropriate supplies to perform the ordered procedure or therapy.
