CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across a 30-bed unit in Hot Springs, AR. You will assess patients, perform procedures, and implement care plans as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to optimal outcomes.

AR-licensed RN with CPR/ACLS readiness is required; BSN is preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and relocation assistance are offered, along with benefits and a clinical ladder program to support

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN license required upon hire.
• Current CPR certification; ACLS within 12 months.
• BSN preferred; 6 months acute care experience required.
• Med Surg experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Comfort patients who are nervous and confused after surgery to feel safe and relaxed.
• Fast-paced work with attention to patient details across 30 beds.
• Welcome new patients and ensure pain medication is managed postoperatively.
• Explain home care and hospital care plans to families and patients.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses focused on patient well-being.
