Job summary

Provides comprehensive care for medical, surgical, and emergent conditions and collaborates closely with physicians and the care team.

Qualifications

• ASN in Nursing required.
• RN licensure required.
• BLS required.
• BSN preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
• CEN/TNCC/NIHSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with medical, surgical, or emergent conditions.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis and plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care provided by ancillary services.
• Serve as a patient advocate to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in staff meetings and unit-based initiatives.
