Job summary

TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to assess, treat, and teach patients and families, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up instructions.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, at least 1 year of ER experience, and an Associate Degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ER RN experience required.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ER.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to plan and execute treatment.
• Document care in the patient record accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, and follow-up.
• Assist with pain management and post-discharge guidance.
