Qualifications

• 3+ years ER RN experience required.
• ACLS, BCLS, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, PALS within 30 days.
• RN license and Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput and quality care.
• Assess quality of patient care services in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with managers to foster teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Help implement nursing strategies to improve engagement and rounds.
• Provide recommendations on interviewing, selecting, and training staff, and supervising performance.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per patient care needs.
• Support inventory control and supplies management.
