• Utilizes the Nursing Process for patient care from admission to discharge.
• Performs patient assessment and reassessment per standard procedure.
• Develops and coordinates individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Directs, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care within the unit.
• Delegates tasks in accordance with competency and job description.
• Documents patient care per policy and procedure.
• Implements education plans for patient and family.
• Ensures quality and continuity of care through collaboration with other providers.
