Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our emergency room team in Rockwall, Texas.

The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced ER environment, with emphasis on safety and compassionate care. The successful candidate will have ER nursing experience, a current RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and fluency in English to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions.
• 2+ years full-time RN experience in ER or similar setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Fluency in English for written and oral communication.
• Pennsylvania Candidates: Act 33 & Act 73 clearances completed within last 5 years or before start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and legibly.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions; observe symptoms and behaviors.
• Follow physician orders in delivering nursing care.
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers as required.
• Maintain patient privacy and adhere to infection control policies.
