Job summary

White Rock Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team. You will coordinate patient-centered care, triage using the ESI system, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to maintain care standards.

Responsibilities include patient education, discharge instructions, adherence to HIPAA, and contributing to a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. BLS/ACLS required; TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Communication, organizational, computer skills, team player, and ability to work independently under pressure.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS or ENPC within 6 months; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient-centered care in the emergency department to achieve outcomes.
• Triages patients using the ESI system and coordinates with the care team.
• Administer medications and ensure adherence to safety protocols and HIPAA.
• Provide discharge instructions and follow-up education to patients and families.
