Aspire Rural Health System in Deckerville, MI is hiring a RN for our Emergency Department. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

Requirements include RN license in MI, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, ENPC/PALS within 6 months, TNCC within 1 year, and passing the Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in MI.
• Current BLS certificate.
• ACLS required, if not complete must be done within 6 months of hire.
• ENPC preferred, PALS will also be considered, if not complete must be done within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC required, if not completed must be done within 1 year of hire.
• Must pass Cardiac Rhythm Recognition exam within 3 months of hire; may retake test only once -OR-DIMS or CAMMP within one year if unable to pass.
• Previous ER experience preferred.
• Interpersonal skills: supportive, active listener, effective communicator with patient, family and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinates care planning with other disciplines.
• Oversees the successful delivery of quality patient care.
