Job summary

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve patient care goals.
• Adhere to Ohio nurse practice code and lifelong learning requirements.
