Job summary

Emerus, a leader in small-format hospitals, seeks an ER nurse in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, active RN license, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; TNCC preferred. English fluency and PA clearances guidance may apply. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or comparable experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS current; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Monitor and record patient signs, symptoms and status.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Collect lab samples and perform tests per policy.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
