Job summary

Ascension-Wisconsin-Hospital in Wisconsin is seeking a capable ER RN to perform comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for emergency cases, ensuring safety and comfort and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires an Associate’s Degree (BSN preferred), current RN licensure, and 2+ years ER experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS are required; TNCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions required.
• 2+ years ER or equivalent RN experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Observe and document patient status, signs and symptoms.
• Follow physician orders and deliver nursing care with confidentiality.
• Prepare and handle equipment, labs, and procedures per policy.
