Emerus Holdings, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Night Swing ER RN to join our Harmar, PA facility. You will assess and direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining thorough documentation and collaboration with the care team.

Requirements include an active RN license in PA, 2+ years ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials. Night/weekend shifts offer differential pay, with a $10,000 sign-on/bonus potential and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required.
• 2+ years full-time RN experience in ER or comparable setting, required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate nursing care.
• Document accurately in medical records and maintain patient privacy.
