Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the unit.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care in accordance with standards to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and institutional policies.
