Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care on the med-surg unit.
• Assess data reflecting patient status and identify age-specific needs.
• Develop and modify the plan of care to ensure efficient, effective care.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
