Qualifications

Minimum one year Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
PALS within 6 months required
TNCC within 1 year required
Completion of Baby Friendly Education within 6 months of hire
EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assessment & Prioritization: Performs thorough patient assessments and prioritizes care.
Specimen Collection & Processing: Collects blood and urine specimens and ensures proper labeling and transport.
Documentation & Communication: Maintains timely documentation and communicates with patients and team.
Clinical Problem-Solving: Applies problem-solving to evaluate situations and implement solutions.
Equipment Operation & Skill Proficiency: Safely operates clinical equipment and reports malfunctions.
Medication Safety: Administers medications safely and adheres to safety protocols.
Teamwork & Initiative: Collaborates with the team and supports workflow improvements.
