Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; active RN licensure in the appropriate state required.
• One year of relevant emergency department or acute care experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patients across a wide range of conditions, injuries, and acuity levels.
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs using critical thinking, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions in a fast-paced environment.
• Educate, support, and advocate for patients and families throughout their emergency care experience.
