Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an RN - ER for the Emergency Department on a night shift. This onsite role involves 12-hour nights, three days per week, with a focus on rapid assessment and high-quality patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and 2 years in emergency care. ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI certifications are preferred to support critical patient management.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency department or similar setting.
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process for patients in the ED.
• Assess learning needs and provide teaching to patients and families.
• Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources effectively.
• Use data and knowledge to promote changes for better patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate professional behavior, respect privacy, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform other related duties as required.
