AHN Neighborhood Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (7 PM–7 AM). This role supports patient assessments, planning and direct care in a fast-paced ER environment, aligning with our commitment to timely, compassionate care.

Qualified candidates hold an associate degree (BSN preferred), current RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and ER experience. A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires, along with shift differentials and parking

Formación

• Associate’s degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state without sanctions.
• 2+ years ER or equivalent experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; ENPC or TNCC preferred.
• English fluency required; clear communication.
• Clearance requirements per Pennsylvania guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in the ER.
• Document accurately and legibly in medical records.
• Monitor signs and symptoms, follow physician orders.
• Provide infection control and aseptic care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Prepare equipment and assist procedures as needed.
