Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (required).
• Current Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• BSN may be required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/diagnosis of patient health status and needs.
• Planning and documenting interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementing and evaluating nursing care with the team.
• Participating in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Managing care within a 24/7/365 department.
