Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department. This role provides general nursing care across the health-illness continuum, using established nursing standards and collaborating with the care team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in nursing, an Ohio RN license, BLS, and CPR certifications. Evening shift, full-time, 36 scheduled hours per week, with a focus on safety, quality, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Active RN license in Ohio.
• BLS certification and CPR.
• Current registration with Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial, ongoing, and focused nursing assessments and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with health care team to plan and implement patient care.
• Evaluate response to interventions and revise care plans accordingly.
• Lead process improvements to achieve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Support unit operations and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.
