Job summary

Desert Valley Medical Group is seeking a part-time Medical Scribe to support physicians with documentation for patient records, tracking results, and documenting care plans across age groups.

The role requires good English communication, strong computer/data-entry skills, and the ability to work under stress while prioritizing tasks. Training provided; 23.00–23.13/hour base pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Medical terminology and Anatomy & Physiology coursework preferred; proficiency via experience acceptable.
• Two or more years' experience as a medical scribe in a hospital or clinic preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills and data entry; able to transcribe notes on a tablet; English literacy required.
• Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician with documentation in medical records.
• Track results and document plan of care.
• Support other providers to maintain a professional care environment.
