Job summary

Ethos Dublin is seeking an experienced Emergency Lead Veterinary Technician to join the SAGE Dublin ER team in Dublin, CA. This leadership role focuses on guiding clinical staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality patient and client care.

The position requires a CA RVT license or VACSP eligibility within 60 days, plus at least 2 years of emergency veterinary experience, with compensation of $30–$45 per hour and a 4x10 hour work week, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of emergency veterinary experience.
• Valid CA RVT license or VACSP (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Proven ability to calculate drug dosages, monitor anesthesia, and perform technical emergency procedures.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure clinical situations.
