Qualifications

• BSN required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nurse Manager in leading daily ED operations.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to charge nurses and staff.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, patient throughput, and resource management.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and professional development.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and staff engagement.
