Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an RN for the Emergency Services/ICU Float Pool at Winchester Hospital. The role includes a $5.00 hourly Float Pool Differential and requires patient assessments, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team.

Three 12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotation are required; MA RN licensure is mandatory, BSN encouraged, and BLS within 90 days with ACLS/PALS within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of state-approved RN program; BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current MA RN license
• BLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS & PALS within 1 year of hire
• Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and evaluate therapies for outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families to maximize outcomes.
