Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Float Pool Team. The Nurse will deliver exceptional, personalized care at a Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts hospital with 223 beds.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, care coordination with the medical team, and educating patients and families to support optimal outcomes. MA licensure and RN program completion are required; BSN is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes
