Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Seattle is seeking a Resource/ Rapid Response RN for per diem night shifts at Capitol Hill. You will provide nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity urgent care setting and coordinate services with the health care team.

The role involves patient assessment, care planning, and continuous evaluation of responses to treatment. Required ADN, WA RN license or compact license, BLS and ACLS at hire, with PALS within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• RN license (Washington) or compact license at hire.
• BLS, ACLS; PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient nursing care needs using nursing process and develop a plan of care.
• Coordinate care across Health Care segments with the health care team.
• Provide and document nursing care for patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
• Perform and document patient assessments, education, and discharge planning as appropriate.
