Exceptional Healthcare seeks part-time Front Desk Associates to greet patients, verify insurance, register for services, and support administrative duties in a new facility.

As the first contact, you will maintain patient records, coordinate interdepartmental communication, and assist with deposits and clerical tasks. Shift options include 12-hour blocks, weekends, and holidays, with competitive PRN pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ER or patient registration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts (7p-7a or 7a-7p), including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients for ER, direct admission, and outpatient services.
• Verify insurance benefits and process payments.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and records.
• Answer calls and coordinate communication between departments.
• Handle administrative duties including deposits, spreadsheets, and clerical tasks.
