Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; education from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team education; prepare for post-care needs.
• Implement care by coordinating the interdisciplinary team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise care plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, uphold ethical standards, provide accurate documentation, and comply with licensure.
