The position requires a BSN (or equivalent), Michigan RN licensure, and 2 years of ED experience. Staff will float to various locations, with opportunities for professional growth within a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred and licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Two years of recent nursing experience, ideally in an emergency department.
• Willingness to float to multiple locations within the health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across units and follow individualized care plans.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and detect changes early.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team for coordinated care.
• Orient quickly to different units within the float pool and follow care protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions.
