Job summary

Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT seeks an EMT/Paramedic to provide basic and advanced life support, document care, and coordinate with nurses and physicians in a fast-paced ER. The role requires MT EMT/Paramedic licensure and BLS‑HCP readiness at hire.

Responsibilities include vital signs, sample collection, patient movement, EKGs, and unit secretary tasks. Full-time, night shift, with benefits; pay ranges hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Basic EMT or Paramedic license in Montana required.
• Certification in BLS‑HCP for Healthcare Providers upon hire.
• EMTs must obtain IV certification within six months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and inform clinicians of significant changes.
• Collect blood, urine, saliva, and stool samples for lab analysis.
• Assist with patient movement and safe handling.
• Perform 12‑lead EKGs and assist clinicians during procedures.
• Draft patient charts and support the ER team as a unit secretary.
