Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. in McKinney, TX is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, triage, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely evaluation and treatment. The role requires an ADN with TX RN license, 3 years ED experience in acute care, and BLS/ACLS; PALS within orientation.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Texas Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments and triage of patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Prioritizes patient care using ESI or facility triage system.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications, blood products, IV therapies, and treatments safely.
