Job summary

HCA Healthcare, in partnership with St. David’s HealthCare, is seeking an ER Discharge Coordinator to manage bedside scheduling for follow-up care as part of centralized ER and Urgent Care programs.

Job Summary And Qualifications

As an ER Discharge Coordinator, you will be responsible for Point of Care (PoC) Patient Bedside scheduling as part of the company’s centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs. The truest intent of the ER discharge coordinator is a bedside-initiated patient experience, with the objectives of increased contact rate, scheduling immediacy, and improved overall patient experience. You will create and maintain a positive customer experience in a patient-centered, quality-driven environment.

In this role you will:
